Information You Provide

When you make an enquiry or sign up for our UX review service, we ask for information such as your name, company name, Telephone number, and e-mail address. We use the collected personal information to communicate with you and/or deliver the UX review service.

If your personal information has changed or needs updating please contact us using the contact details on the website.

Information we Collect

When you use the website we may use tools (including HotJar, LeadForensics, Intercom, tawk.to) to automatically collect log data in order to track your use of the website.  We use this information to understand your interests and help us improve our website.

Marketing and Communications

If you register or enquire with us, we may use the information you provide to send you marketing information about our services.

We may add your information to our marketing tools, including MailChimp and CapsuleCRM to manage and keep records of our communications with you.

Website Traffic Information

Because of the way that website communication standards work, when you arrive at or leave our website, we automatically receive the web address of the site that you came from or are going to. We also collect information on which pages of our website you visit, IP addresses, the type of browser you use and the times you access our website. We use this information to try to understand our customers’ preferences better and to manage the load on our servers, so as to improve our service.

Payment Transactions

When you sign up for our UX Review service we require you to enter your credit card or debit card details to allow us to take your payment. To process the transaction the card details are passed to our payment provider (currently Stripe) and in return it provides a unique reference. Your card details will be stored by our payment provider and only used for transactions submitted by us relating to the services we provide for you. First Option Software does not store your credit card information but will record transaction information (amount, date, unique reference) each time a payment is processed by our payment provider.

If you do not wish to use a credit card you may purchase the service by means of an invoice, paid for in advance.

Information Sharing

Except as described, we will not sell, rent or loan or make available your personal information to any other third-party company. We may disclose information as required in response to legal process or to establish/exercise our legal rights or defend ourselves against a legal claim.

Protection of Information

First Option Software maintains reasonable security measures to protect your information from loss, destruction, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure. These technologies help ensure that your data is safe and secure. However, no data transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Changes to Privacy Policy

First Option Software reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy as we may deem necessary from time to time or as may be required by law. Any changes will be posted on the website at http://www.bespokesoftware.com/privacy and you are deemed to have accepted the terms of the Policy on your first use of the site following the alterations.

Business Transactions

First Option Software may assign or transfer this privacy policy, and your user account and related information and data, to any person or entity that acquires or is merged with First Option Software.
