Imperial Consultants are a building surveying company working on behalf of national and international clients. With a workforce of specialist surveyors covering the full width and breadth of the country they have both the skills and capacity to process hundreds of jobs every day. Their surveyors attend site and undertake a thorough assessment of the job in order to deliver a fully detailed report to their clients. With a number of years of rapid growth, Imperial Consultants first approached First Option with an aim to improve the efficiency of their growing workforce of surveyors through the implementation of a brand new mobile system.
Imperial were looking for a solution that would help their surveyors follow a consistent workflow process and be able to submit their assessment report back to the office before they even leave site. This would help improve the quality and consistency of reporting and significantly reduce the report completion time.
